Service Description

Trauma Release Yoga or Neurogenic Yoga reduces stress and promotes the healing of both emotional and physical trauma. It is a gentle and natural process to increase resilience, release long-held tension patterns, unwind muscle contraction from past physical and emotional traumas to bring the body into a state of balance and deep relaxation.
