Yoga for Healthy Aging / All Levels Yoga

Cultivate core, upper, and lower body strength, while improving flexibility in both mind and body. Gain the skills to allow you to focus on maintaining overall physical health and/or address target problem areas. Yoga for Healthy Aging is a focus of physical and mental practice that will set you up for a lifetime of emotional and spiritual well-being.

Trauma Release Yoga

TRE®/Neurogenic Yoga® is an innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma. The exercises safely activate a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system. More info >

Postural Assessment and Personalized Plan

One-on-One assessment looking at posture, range of motion, muscle strength, and balance. Ending with a personalized plan to address any imbalance found, to reach your specific goals and promote optimal well-being. Review your posture in detail and experiment with various yoga postures, muscle-strength and flexibility tests to explore any movement, discomfort, or postural imbalances. Learn more >

Challenging Chair Yoga

Chair yoga participants will enjoy the same benefits as standard yoga, including improved flexibility, improved muscle tone, better breathing habits, stress reduction, better sleep, and an improved sense of well-being. Chair yoga is suitable for anyone that may have mobility limitations, needs more support, is managing an injury, or wants a more therapeutic approach to the practice. Challenging Chair Yoga provides a more active focus on movements, as well as strengthening exercises to improve overall muscle tone and health.

Gentle Chair Yoga

Chair yoga participants will enjoy the same benefits as standard yoga, including improved flexibility, improved muscle tone, better breathing habits, stress reduction, better sleep, and an improved sense of well-being. Chair yoga is suitable for anyone that may have mobility limitations, needs more support, is managing an injury, or wants a more therapeutic approach to the practice. Gentle Chair Yoga provides the opportunity to benefit from the asanas, breathwork, and meditative aspects of traditional yoga, but at a more accommodating pace and set of movements.

Yoga Sculpt

Yoga sculpt is a complete body workout with a level of intensity designed to burn fat, build healthy muscle tone, and increase flexibility. Yoga sculpt brings together elements of traditional yoga, dance, calisthenic movements, and toning movements in order to improve total body health.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a restful practice that holds yoga poses  for a longer duration , in order to deeply feel the physical and mental benefits of holding the asanas. Restorative yoga uses props like yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters to relax your muscles.

Ballet Barre

Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Most classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range fundamentally isometric movements.

Private Lessons

Private lessons allow you to experience a personalized yoga experience that focuses on your needs and goals. Ease into yoga with more attention on exactly what your body requires for optimal health, including proper alignment, clear intentions, and safe posture guidance. If you need modifications, special attention on certain areas, or focus on goals for emotional and physical wellness, you would benefit from private lessons!
